The Recruitment Speech (Officers must know this by heart)

The Basic Rules

2. Be mature
3. Stay in Uniform
4. no modding or cheating
5. Follow the Rules ... they are here to help you
6. Must be Sergeant to recruit
7. NO MULTI-CLANING

Golden Rule:DO NOT BE A ANNOYING DOUCHE-BAG IN THIS CLAN NO>>> (Racism, sexism, or discrimination, And Favoritism)

The Ranks
----------------

Recruit
-------
The lowest of all ranks / A Basic Have fun Rank

Responsibilities: Start getting to know your officers and other members in your squad and branch

Requirements:

1. Must Be in uniform

Private
-------

Full Member Status / Welcome to service

Responsibilities: Start going to game nights and meeting (not required but REALLY recommended)

Requirements:

1. 3-5days of service

Corporal
-------

Powerhouse of Basic Members / Training For Sergeant

Responsibilities: Learn Rules and Ranks And Become active on the Site

Requirements:

1. Must be registered on Website and start posting on the forums
2. 7-14 Days of Service

Sergeant
-------

First OFFICER Rank / Can give Recruitment Speech

Responsibilities: be active in branch activities just like meetings and game night and recruit a few people into the clan.

Requirements:

1. Must be in for a minimum of 2 weeks
2. Must Know Rules and Ranks By Heart (Note: Must recite them to higher ups (AKA CPT's)
3. Must post on website at least 2-3 posts a day

Privileges:

1. May change name (aka Gamertag)
2. May Run Game nights With CPT's Permission

Lieutenant
-------

First Taste of High ranks / 2nd Command of squad

Responsibilities: Help with maintaining order in the squad and become a role model in the branch

Requirements:

1. must be in for at least 3-4 weeks TO BECOME ELIGIBLE
2. must prove to CPT that He/She Deserves this Rank
3. Keep posting on site at least 5-10 posts a day

Captain
-------

Squad Leader / High ehh? JK

Responsibilities:
1. Manage Squad
2. Must post Squad Reports on website (bi-weekly list of members)
3. Have Fun
4. Help run Meetings and runs game nights for the branch
5.Post on the website at least 5-10 posts a day

Requirements:

1. Must be in for at least 4-6 weeks TO BECOME ELIGIBLE
2. Must Pass CPT Rounds (Meeting with Higher Ups to determine if You are ready)
3. still have to post on site

Privileges:

1. you have control of your squad
2. Name your squad
3. Members should listen to you if not they should be disciplined (IF NECESSARY WITH THE RIGHT PUNISHMENT)

Commander (XO)
--------

Head of a Branch / Highest point for normal officers

Responsibilities:

1. Must Post MONTHLY Branch Reports
2. Manage Branch with new members and promotions
3.Must run meetings and game nights

Requirements:

1. Must Be in for at least a month (TO BECOME ELIGIBLE)
2. Must pass CMDR Rounds (Note same thing as CPT Rounds)
3. Must Change Name to a (PCG __________ XO) Name --- Note: we will supply you with MS Points for it
4. Post on site at least 10 posts a day

Privileges:

1. Showboating ... Yes Definitely
2. Can Change Branch Name (if already Exists) if not you get to name it (please don't make it to insane)
3. almost Full Control of branch and Branch related Decisions BUT the (XS) can override you if you do something wrong... or stupid

Section Leader (XS)
--------

2 Branches = One XS / Power = Responsibility

Responsibilities:

1. Must Post Monthly Section Reports
2. Manage COMMANDERS and their Branches

Requirements:

1. Must Be in for at least a 3-4 months (TO BECOME ELIGIBLE)
2. Must pass XS Rounds
3. Must Change Name to a (PCG __________ XS) Name --- Note: we will supply you with MS Points for it
4. Post on site AT LEAST 10 POSTS A DAY
5.COME TO LEADERSHIP MEETINGS

Privileges:

1. Showboating
2. Can Can overrule CMDRS decisions if XS sees them unfit
3. can deny or accept gamertag changes with PCG (ex. PCG______)

Division Leader (XD)
--------

2 XS's = one XD / Apprentice to the Council

Responsibilities:

1. Plan Events wit XI
2. Hold MOTM's with other LEADERS
3. Keep track of XS's
4. Helps find Sponsors and Allies

Requirements:

1. Must be in for 6 months (TO BECOME ELIGIBLE)
2. Must Be Almost Unanimously Voted in by the XI's (the Council)
3. Must Change Name to a (PCG __________ XD) Name --- Note: we will supply you with MS Points for it
4. Post on site AT LEAST 15 POSTS A DAY
5. Must be getting along with the members under you

Privileges:

1. Showboating (not tooo much please)
2. Can Can overrule XS and CMDR decisions if XD sees them unfit or crazy With XI's permission
4. I HAVE THE POWER *.* With boundaries

Council (XI)
---------

The Big Boss's

Responsibilities:

1. Run Communities (note there may be more)
2. Make Sure the Members are happy
3. Make all little adjustments like rank promotions, name changes, branch changes, Big Problems

Requirements:

1. must be in for at least a year TO BE ELIGIBLE
2. Must be unanimously be voted in by council members
3. Must Change Name to a (PCG __________ XI) Name --- Note: we will supply you with MS Points for it
4. Admin ON the Website, Facebook, Youtube, MLG, Clan Compete

Privliges:

1. Showboating
2. Can Can overrule XS and XD desisions if XI sees them unfit or crazy
3. I HAVE THE POWER *.*
4. May request a new rank or requirement for the ranks or rules
